We are Bodies! 
Bodies that think, feel, have needs and boundaries. Bodies in which societal norms, power and privilege are inscribed. 

Our individual and collective history, structural and situated powerlessness mark us depending on gender, sexuality, skin color, body etc. 

Positions in which we are pushed into can show themselves as reoccurring feelings or behaviors that block change. Our bodies bare versatile potential apart from automatizations, paralysis and an either-or state. They offer the possibility of change, free spaces and vibrancy. 

In Bodies&Power we want to drift away from the dominance of the rational, into experiencing ourselves as diverse bodies. We want to perceive ourselves and others with curiosity and leave room for investigation without “right” or “wrong”. 

We work with resources from; radical self-care, work with the nervous system and our ability of self-healing, somatic yoga, training with body awareness, massage, queer playfight etc. We take ourselves on a search for new connections and ways of action to change the world. A good life for everyone takes place in our bodies (as well) – Let’s explore!
