VIDEO-LIVESTREAM

우유 milk, 여우fox, 야구 baseball is part of the Library of Unfinished Memories, a walk on porous ground through the library of unfinished memories of supposed biographies.

Out of collected found objects Susanne 송이 Griem is going to piece together larger-than-live, colorful Ding-carpets. Together with dancers Frederik Marroquin and 남혜지 Hyeji Nam, she explores the stories and songs archived there. Through encounter with the moving bodies (auto)biographical associations will be refreshed.

A collectively designed zine and a printed banner that will be developed in the framework of a workshop with the youth of the Korean School Vienna will flow into the performance as well.

김태희 Taehee Kim and Cathérine Lehnerer invite the youth to give voice to their everyday life as 이세 and 교포¹ in a visual way.

Performance and exhibition will take place in the Korea Kulturhaus: laying between Vienna International Center and Donaupark, the modernistic building is an invitation to reflect upon cultural location. Therefore the artists present an invitation to meet different, visible identities.

¹ 이세 (Ise) wird die zweite Generation der koreanischen Diaspora genannt.
교포 (Gyopo) bezeichnet allgemein die im Ausland lebenden KoreanerInnen, die koreanische Diaspora.
